No UK plug fitted, wobbly un-insulated switch.
I bought a similar lamp a year ago, loved it, so I hit the' buy it again' button when I found a use for another one. What I was sent was a different item, wobbly un-insulated switch on the body of the lamp and a foreign 2 pin plug with a very cheap, badly fitting adaptor. They did include a bulb I never wanted, but that type is very energy inefficient. Returning it for a refund has been problematic.

Great little lamp base
Such a simple little table lamp, but it really shows off the bulb and makes that the star of the show. We had a place for a very small table light fitting, and most we came across were just too large, with or without a shade but, a bit like the goldilocks story, this was just right. We wanted something a little different and quirky, and this is both, and so adds a touch of character and personality, if a lamp can have such a thing. Anyway we love it, and for the price what's to lose!

Love it and it arrived much sooner than was quoted
Love it and it arrived much sooner than was quoted. Said between 6th - 21st May !! but arrived yesterday 20th April, so approx.10 days delivery. Now need to look for a clock radio, that will look good with it on our bedside table!! as a white plastic item, certainly does not!

Solid and aesthetically pleasing.
Beautiful lamp. Well worth the wait. Good quality and the dimmer switch really makes it stand out from other similar items that are available. I highly recommend you get the version with a dimmer, which goes very well with incandescent bulbs, though I shouldn't think with most LEDs.

Nice!
I love this lamp. Its not expensive and looks and works great. Reviews elsewhere have stated it gets hot, but I’ve not seen this as a problem. It does get warm, but I’ve never been concerned about fire risk or getting burnt. Perhaps it depends on the bulb type as you supply your own.
