Excellent garlic-infused olive oil. Cooks like any normal olive oil, with a good aroma and taste of garlic. Expensive, though.

The oils take the place of garlic and onion which causes IBS. They add real flavor.

Great flavor without FODMAPs
Great garlic and shallot flavor. The shallot-infused olive oil makes the best vinaigrette. You really can’t tell there weren’t shallots in recipe. Garlic-infused is mild so it doesn’t overwhelm your recipe. And importantly, my gut is not agitated by the FODMAPs contained in shallots and garlic.
