I literally never write reviews but with this product I had to! I was nervous to bite the bullet and pay $60 but I'm so glad I did! I'm a waxer so I see everything from ingrowns to cystic breakouts, HS, and more. When I personally get a cystic ingrown it can take WEEKS to go away. With this product and religious everyday use following the directions, my breakouts have shrunk, drained and are on the verge of being healed within 5 days. I've never seen anything work quite like this. If you're hesitating, don't! It's so worth it! And it smells great too! I'd say I first started to actually see results within 2 days, my skin was less inflamed and the pain started to subside. I'm also a religious skin picker so using this with gauze or bandaids like the directions say for spot treatment is the way to go! Your skin will thank you!!!!

When i first found this product i was glad i wasnt the only one suffering from this pain and stubborn boils. I was kind of iffy about this product because sometimes things from the internet dont work. But im so glad i purchased this product. Totally worth the money. I no longer feel pain. I do get them once in a while but when i do i clean the area then apply witch hazel with a cotton pad and then apply the product. Usually if you apply at night the next morning the boil pops but it doesnt take longer then 2 days to go away.

I was desperate to find something that would help with cysts around groin area. This product really does get rid of them and I haven’t had a flare up since using. I’m going to try the tea tree one next just see difference but highly recommend this product and I’m so happy to have found it.

Love this product for skin problems works fantastic

The product has worked as far as I don’t seem to get as many new HS outbreaks when I apply the salve twice daily. A drawback is it is very greasy and it’s difficult for band aids to stick due to this and the grease usually stains the arm pits of my shirts. (I get most flare ups under my arms) It does not work for closing/healing my wounds however, and didn’t assist with bringing boils to a head. It’s definitely overpriced for what it does. But 3 stars because I did notice a decrease in flare ups when I used it, but due to how much I use and the price, it’s basically a bill I have to add to my budget. It mildly decreases pain as well.
