The mask going on looks very blue. It only takes 3-5 minutes for it to work. Then on my senior hair I left it on for 4 minutes. The results were like - oh wow. Apparently the mask is more effective on very light senior hair while the lower hair strands that have been colored treated not as much. Overall, the mask did leave a lovely light silver tone. For me, the first day I felt like a Smurf. Then on the second day after shampooing, the blueness started giving way to a more consistent silver. (My husband kept staring at my hair with a grin). I like that the mask did tone down the brightness of my natural bright platinum blonde to a more mellow silver. The mask washed out after four shampoos. It smells fantastic and I will continue to use it while continuing to grow out my natural hair color. It isn’t permanent so it works for my hair needs to keep my hair and scalp healthy. The beauty is - the mask works for all hair types and the results are gentle enough for young and elderly ladies. That in itself is beautiful.

The best toning mask in the market!!! I have tried several purple shampoos and masks previously and they dried my hair out horribly. This one is slightly drying, but nothing terrible. The color depositing formula is amazing! The price is very affordable also. 10/10.

Whoa!!! This $12 toner is a game changer.It's not as great as a pro job, but definitely settles the yellow down. I used it twice, a day apart. First application, I followed the instructions. Results were decent. I waited a day. Then, I spritzed my hair, sectioned it, gobbled it on...let it sit for 15 min...washed it w/ purple shampoo & BAM!!!! More silver than yellow. Smells kinda wanky though, so I would't use it before an outing. Spreads evenly & easily. Didn't stain my forehead, skin, shower...but I did use gloves.

My hairdresser niece told me about this particular product and it works really well. I gave it 4 stars only because the fragrance is intensely floral and overwhelming.

One pump of this mask and you can easily get all the ends of your hair, it's very creamy and smooth versus chunky, often sliding off hair overpriced salon brand masks (looking at you Joico and Amika).It has a very pleasant smell and you'll notice a huge difference in hair, after one application. I did have very minor leakage of bottle, when I opened the Amazon box but the nozzle was twisted to NOT spill/pump product out.For $13 and 16oz, I think that's a great deal. I can see this easily staining skin, if you don't wash your hands afterwards. It is one of the deepest purple masks I've used and I've tried three different priced masks before. It didn't dry my hair out or cause my scalp to be coloured purple either.I finally have my anime hair back, after trying three different purple masks and shampoos. Shimmering Lights was the only brand to give me grey, silver and lilac hair but their shampoo is extremely unhealthy for you. Once I run out of Joico shampoo, I'll be making my switch over to Fanola.

It is messy purple liquid gets on your shower curtain! So be careful!

First off let me start by telling you what exactly happened to my hair my old hairstylist had retired so I had to choose a new one I chose badly I thought it looked all right at first but then my hair turned Orange and yellow and red whenever he was supposed to be blonde highlights so I tried a few products trying to get it right different toners nothing and I do mean nothing at all worked so I got on Amazon as I normally do everyday and I found this read some of the reviews some good some bad with everything you buy you have to weigh the good and the bad I got it in yesterday and last night I decided hey let's try this out so I followed the instructions did exactly as they said and oh my gosh my hair looks like I just went and got it done again I called my best friend after I did it and her first words was did you go get your hair done today and I said nope I bought this off Amazon it's called No yellow so now she's going to buy some too so with all that being said I will be buying this again and anybody else who has a problem with the color of their hair being yellow orange red whenever it was supposed to be blonde this is a must have because it'll fix it quick and easy I absolutely love this product
