The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this thermostat. Simple yet saves you money. Love being able to use the app to control it and see my power usage. After about a week you can setup a schedule. Unlike the models where you have to set it up at the unit, no in this case. You use the app and it's very simple. LED display is bright and always on. Easy to read from across the room. I use the app mostly. Installation took me about 10 minutes. Very easy and straightforward. I have a gas forced air furnace and AC unit outside. It controls them easily and without a C wire. I've installed the app in 4 phones and they have zero issues controlling the unit. The mounting plate has a built in level so mounting it level is a breeze. Hooked it up to my Alexa show and it works perfectly with it. Another thing I like is it shows the humidity level of the inside of your home. Nice feature to have. All and all I am very happy with the thermostat and its features. As winter approaches I can setup a schedule far easier than standing at a unit punching in times and days. The app makes this very streamlined. It also looks very nice on the wall.

This was purchased for a church building where areas are unoccupied at various times. This first purchase was a trial. The heating system is hot water with a central boiler serving several zones.We found this thermostat much easier to install and program than a previous brand we had we had tried to use. It connected easily with our existing Wi-Fi. For our system (heat only) it required a “C” wire but fortunately the existing wiring contained a wire we could repurpose. We haven’t used the early start feature yet we’ve just estimated the time to achieve the set temperature and programmed the system to come on soon enough to achieve it. A conversation we had with the the help line informed us that the thermostat will learn the time needed to achieve the correct temperature.The one call to the help line was very useful. The wait to be connected was fairly long, 15 minutes or so, but the gentleman was very knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions we asked. We have also emailed a question and received an answer but the response is slow.We’re pleased with the appearance of the unit it looks very solid and it’s not obtrusive and it is also easy to read. We also like the fact it can be locked to prevent unauthorized adjustment.It has been convenient and easy to install the app on multiple phones and nice to be able to check and adjust programs remotely. It is also nice that it connects to some weather information and displays the outside temperature.It’s great to have the room at a comfortable temperature when you expect it to be.We will also connect the a/c system to it later which now runs on a separate device.We have been pleased with the unit and have ordered two more for other areas.

This thermostat is very uncomplicated, but does everything a person should want out of a smart thermostat.You can pay hundreds for other smart thermostats but none will heat/cool you home better than this Sensi Lite.The app interface is clean and easy to understand. You can set multiple heat/cool scenarios and activate whichever one needed at the tiime.One feature that I like in particular is the "Early Start" that will start heat/cool early to achieve your target temperature at the specified time.For many people who do not have the C-Wire, this thermostat will work perfectly without it. No need to worry yourself and suffer sleepless nights over C-Wire. With or WITHOUT C-Wire this thermostat will do the job for you. Enjoy your sleep with no C-wire nightmares.I have owned other smart thermostats and some (more expensive than this) have had unreliable connections to wifi. They would be offline as often as ONLIINE. This is very annoying when you want to check the temperature or wish to change settings when you're away from home.The Sensi Lite has been ROCK SOLID in its' online connection. In the months since installation, I have never, even ONCE, observed it being Offline.I have recommended this to other family members.If you want to keep your home heated or cooled to a specific range of temperature and don't want to worry if you will freeze or boil in your home due to a rogue thermostat, then the Sensi Lite is for you.Check around and you will find almost all other smart thermosts to be MUCH more expensive than the Sensi.This is reasonably priced and will do a great job for you.UPDATE: After 2 months of use, the touch sceen on the thermostat croaked, so I was only able to adjust temperature in the app. I purchased this a "Used: Like New", but as you may know you're out of luck after 30 days. Fortunately, Amazon gave me a grace period and agreed to refund. But, don't count on a refund past 30 days.I repurchased this SAME thermosat, but NEW this time an added a 36 month warrnty, to be safe.I am still sold on this thermosat, but anything can malfunction, so I don't believe I'd buy this thermostat as refurbished. I would buy this NEW.
