OMFG!!! This stuff is strong and I wouldn’t recommend it for bath use. I put 3 slivers in my bath and my body felt frozen.. so frozen that it was painful lol this product is strong and smells amazing. Highly recommend it for shower steamers, or foot soak, but NOT FOR BATHING.

These crystals have a good, strong menthol scent. They clear your nasal passages for sure. If you rub them on your skin it feels icy cool. Not cool temperature wise but cool on the surface of your skin. I like that they are 100% pure and organic.These crystals do not come with any directions. The label on the bag states that their melting point is 105 degrees but they can be recrystallized again by putting them in the refrigerator. I tried to dissolve them with water but they only floated on the water. Though the water did softened them slightly.There are no recipes or anything like that on the bag but it does indicate that they can be used for making several things. The product description on the product page indicates that the crystals can be inhaled (presumably by sniffing them), they can be put in things like: lotions, salves and balms, candles or a shower steamer. The bag indicates that the crystals are “Food Grade” and can be used as a flavoring agent in foods, candies and chewing gum. The bag states also states that they are for external use only. So it is unclear whether the are safe for edible items.These crystals came in a clear resealable bag with a metallic backside which will seal back up to keep the menthol vapor from fading.It’s fun to look at these clear crystals just to see the shapes they formed. They’re like something you’d find in a science project. They easily break into smaller pieces as well.I tried them in my shower but they did not give off much of a scent. I think they could work similar to the icy cream that people put on their sore muscles after a game. I rubbed a little of their oil off on my fingers and put it below my nose when it was stuffy and my sinuses opened up for a little while. The crystals could work well in a potpourri mix to freshen up a room. I will have to try them out mixed in my diffuser and my vaporizer in the winter. I could see them in some of the natural cleaner I make for cleaning around the house too.I think these crystals are going to be good to have on hand for a lot of things.
