This product is supposed to work right out of the box. There are no instructions on how it's supposed to work. I've tried 3 different tvs and multiple outlets. I've gone to YouTube to see how others work. This one just doesn't work. Garbage.

Like most things on Amazon, too good to be true. Controllers didn’t work, remote plugged in correctly. Controllers had “QC” passed stickers, too bad the rest of it didn’t.
