Nice design but lacks earthing
Good point:Excellent priceSturdy designNice looksBad points:No earthingOverall a nice lamp. However, despite being made out of metal (appears to be cast iron) there is no earthing at all.I managed to add an earth as the various sections of this a screwed together and it is possible to disassemble it and feed in a wire for earth. I joined this to the back of the red valve and it provides and earth for the entire body of the lamp.Other than the lack of earth protection I am happy with it.
