I was very skeptical but very pleasantly surprised. Yes they require a good deal of assembly, but the instructions, (all diagrams and no written instruction), are very clear. All boards, screws, and bolts have a letter code that corresponds to the pictures. With my 1 year old granddaughter helping me, the first one took almost 2 hours to build, but both the 3rd and 4th were built in 30 minutes each.Again, great product for the cost!

These smell great!They feel solid and are real wood. The color is beautiful as well. Doesn’t look or feel like cheap wood.The install itself is time consuming and I highly recommend you use a drill even though they say not to.Very comfortable as well and they can actually fold when not in use.Heavy, sturdy chairs.

These took me about 1.25 hours to assemble per chair with a ratchet set and an electric screwdriver. They are time consuming, but all the holes line up and if you have the right tools, they go together easily. Pour a beer, put on a show, and get to work! I assembled six for our cabin, and I love that they fold up so we can store them when we aren’t there.

Put together 6 of these in my own! First one took may 70 minutes and kept getting faster as I completed each chair. Mind you, I assembled one to two chairs a day after work :). Beautiful chairs at a great price!

1st they’re def over priced for the quality. I wanted to love these so bad. The color is nice but that’s about it. Maybe I just received a bad batch of them but all of them feel the same. We’ve only used them twice & can tell they’re not going to last till next summer. I’m more upset that I purchased several sets of these. They’re ALL made the same way. These were not cheap chairs. I’m a bit disappointed.

I bought these because they were inexpensive. I wasn't expecting them to last a lifetime. Well, they're uncomfortable and somewhat flimsy. They also required assembly - and I don't mean back to seat to arms. Every. Stinking. Slat.

Got the chairs, arrived on time, very excited. Pulled everything out and looked at the quality of wood and went oh my. I did read the other reviews and if you used a drill, I do not know how you did not split the wood. I used a great tool my husband gave me, and it was awesome. It was a little bit more than a screwdriver, I did not have to do a lot of turning, it did it for me. It took me about 4 hours, cooking, drinking, watching football and it was easy. Great instructions but do allow for some time. If I had to do it again, I would get a more quality product and have someone else put it together. I am a 51-year-old female and yes it can be done. My husband was so proud, after putting it together turned around to cook, went back for the chair and he already had it at the fire pit with his ass in it. Go figure. Grinn...... Buy at your own risk....... Update.... The second chair was a nightmare. I put it together sober, and nothing aligned up and all the pre dill holes were off alignment. Even my husband looked at it to make sure. I would not buy this product at all. Right now, I am trying to get an extra part and having trouble. Go figure. Shame on me......

Ordered these chairs to go around my fire pit. They were pretty easy to assemble and very sturdy. I love them and for the price, you can’t beat it.
