I love this type of ginger but I'm trying not to eat sugar so to my delight I found this product that uses stevia. It tastes like what I expected and have eaten before and it is absolutely wonderful I truly hope this product continues to exist highly recommend can't go wrong with this purchase!

I didn't like the taste, poor quality, odor not fresh. I won't buy this again. Yuk not worth 6.99.

But too much water in the jar and not enough ginger. The ginger is good though.

I eat pickled ginger pretty much every day. The taste of this is very odd. Too vinegary of a taste. Not bad enough to toss, but not that great either.

If you like pickled ginger at a Japanese restaurant with your sushi and sashimi, you'll enjoy Homtiem Pickled Sushi Ginger. Excellent quality and flavor. Also using this in my "Mules" where good quality ginger is essential to make a flavorful cocktail. Will buy again.
