I'll be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first about this product. Like you, you probably got hooked into watching the video making promises about this product and that this particular Dr. unlocked the secrets to a healthy gut. You went in with the intention of hearing how she accomplished this quagmire when if you're like me also, have tried everything to just be regular!! Well the video if you made it all the way through announces that this is the product that was formulated after much research. Honestly, once I found out the name of this product I immediately looked it up on Amazon vs. purchasing through the website that is part of the sales pitch if you stuck with the video all the way through. All this to say that I started off with 1 capsule with my breakfast and the second capsule right after dinner. I stopped everything else I was taking like the probiotic, fiber pills and other products that were to help with what I was experiencing. I really wanted to see if this product alone did as promised. Well I can honestly say that "YES" very enthusiastically that it does. I've been using it now for almost 2 weeks and within 1 full day of taking the capsules each day I feel like a whole new person!!! My gut feels lighter, not feeling bloated at all, solid evacuations with less time in the bathroom. Given the cost of the other products I was using the value of a bottle of Emma is well worth the cost of it. I do prefer purchasing off Amazon due to the savings in shipping but I'm not sure comparatively how much it is from ordering directly from the website. I will continue this regimen as it's working personally for me. It's worth a try!!

My system was so screwed up. I was getting up to go to the bathroom to try and poop seven or eight times a night. Constant stomach problems just a mess. Finally at the advice of a gastrologist at Mayo’s I went on a regiment of Metamucil three times a day and started Emma twice a day. After about three weeks. I was completely better. I think the Emma is overpriced, but the cost of getting rid of my problems was more than worth it Emma worked for me. Feel so much better not as much gas stomach is back to normal, etc..

Finally. Something that does what it says it will do. Following a major Surgery, my movements became NONE. I had to rely on laxatives and Stool softeners daily. But that was like patching a flat instead of fixing it. I research this product and tried it. To my amazement and surprise it WORKED and it is CLEANING out my system. This product is by far the best I've used to control my stomach issues such as bloating, cramping and over discomfort. I used IBgard in the past with limited results. I'll continue using it and hope they continue to make it.

After trying all the usual products ( prunes, fiber, apples, laxatives) I saw this product and decided to give it a try! I honestly don't know why my system slowed to a crawl. I'm 60, very active, no meds, and eat right! I take one of these a day, and finally found something that works. Most importantly, no severe cramping or urgency, no diarrhea, I just go every day! My results were within a couple days of starting them and I may try doing one every other day. I weigh 130 so I opted for one not two pills and am really happy with the results!
