Fast cooling, instant relief! Though the instruction recommends 60 minutes in the freezer, I was much less patient than that to try the wrap. I gave it about 20 minutes then wanted to try the fit and comfort. It was the already the perfect temperature and felt amazing. The wrap is soft, flexible and comfortable and stays in place unlike trying to hold an icepack with a towel. The design allows for you to target the area needed. I have pain in my hand and wrist and it covered both. Later I left it overnight and the ice was far too hard and at a painful temperature, so I do recommend the short term freeze. I also want to mention that there was no unpleasant odor to the wrap, which can often go either way with products.

This wrap is really good. It gets very cold quickly, but it has four pictures for the instructions and it would help a little bit more instructions were available to make it look like the pictures on them box.

If you need an easy to use small cold pack for the freezer, these work great. The Hook and loop makes it stay in place so you can wear it while you’re doing other activities. I’ve used it on my hand and my wrist, you can use it on your arm or the lower part of your leg anything that’s thinner. If you get two of them, you can attach them together and use it on even larger areas. I’m glad I bought them.

Bought for my wife who has developed pain in her wrist from typing all day and she said she likes the fact they can wrap around her wrist and getting 2 in a pack is a huge bonus.

I’ve been struggling with little plastic bags of ice for my wrist extensor tendinitis, and finally broke down and bought this ice wrap. I’d had a gel wrist wrap before and it didn’t get cold enough and didn’t stay cold for the full 20 minutes recommended by my doctor. With the baggies of ice, I was tethered to a chair or table sitting still the whole time. Now that I have these wraps, I can just put it on quickly in between my clients and ice my wrist while cleaning up and doing other things. I’m just sorry I waited so long to get it!

I used this ice pack on and off for the last two weeks, I only used one of the two that came in the package and today I had an allergic reaction. I am not sure what caused the allergic reaction but I have to return it because I can't use it if I'm having allergic reactions.
