It is nice to have all the various valuable supplements in one medication. Definitely effective.

I am very satisfied with quality of the item at this time. This was a first time purchase of this product. Definitely was worth the price.

Bigger capsules than I anticipated, but easy to swallow. I'd suggest taking with a solid meal ( and a chaser, they taste disgusting) as I took them with my protein smoothie and experienced nausea. The 120 count leads you to believe it will last 4 months, but the "serving size" is 4, so this bottle is only a month supply. Just an FYI. Hard to tell as far as pain relief goes, as my pain jumps around and intensifies and lessens throughout the day. Can't hurt to take though.

I have bad knees and a bad hip. I have tried many supplements. This is the most amazing one I have tried. It looks like they threw in every good ingredient that you would want. This is far and away the BEST supplement I have tried.
