Got these yesterday and was very impressed on how well they worked.Wrapped them around a tree stump and it looks amazing.Totally recommend them to friends and family.

From the pictures I thought I would be able to use it on a small tree I have in my front garden but even the 200 LEDs are not nearly enough. So don’t go by the pics you see. I bought 2 and used on 2 bushes/plants.Secondly the instructions say that the performance will be severely restricted if used in temperatures of 20^C or less. Given that we barely get that during summer let alone winter, it doesn’t make for something to use outdoors for most of the year and certainly not during the winter months.So because of these two issues I’ve rated it two 2 stars.All that being said...they arrived on time and look nice. Don’t forget to charge for 6hrs before using (I missed that bit in the instructions!)

Very difficult to set up. It is heavily wound around a bit of cardboard, but from the wrong end, so you think you can just attach it one end and unwind, but you end up having to wind the solar part with it as well. I ended up twisting it without realising and it snapped. Managed to solder it back, but I think it's not as bright. Best to unwind fully then attempt install.It's two wires of copper with LEDs glue-gunned between them. I doubt it'll last more than one or two Xmases (assuming I can be bothered to unwind it to take it off the house... I feel it will break so haven't bothered yet).Also, it kept changing to random or turning itself off. Had to reset it most mornings. Perhaps it ran out of charge and forget the setting I put it on? Was better towards the end of Xmas.

Good lights, read colours carefully
I was a little disappointed that I ordered pink and received purple to later notice that if you order purple you get pink. Clearly they have made a mistake listing it and got them the wrong way round. The lights are good though, work well, look nice and I can’t complain about the functionality. Overall I’m happy
