Very easy… except blueberries (haha) they did leave some staining on the inside grey pieces, but not a big deal. To clean mine, I use 1 drop of dish soap or some vinegar and 100ml’s of water and select self clean. It runs for 10 minutes and then just rinse with hot water.

When using the stirring function, you need to add an appropriate amount of water, or ensure that the ingredients themselves have enough moisture. Hi there, Thans for your question. Do you mean there is gray water droplets in the water tank? Don't worry, it's limescale. I suggest that you can refer following methods to remove scale: 1. Fill the tank with water to max line, add 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar (citric acid powder, or a similar weak acid also applied) 2. Boil this mixture for 10 minutes and sit in the tank for 10 minutes. 3. Empty the water tank, and use cleaning brush and cloth to clean it. 4. Check if those white spot disappear.
