Son loves it
The media could not be loaded. It is good product. My 14 year old loves it. It comes with extra pieces and seems good. The water proof area leaks so that worries me. But it has continued to work so far!.

Very slow. Not work the gas money to return it.
It's cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. The advertisement says 20+mph. Do you remember the highway scene from Office Space? The old man walking faster than the cars on the highway. That's how fast this is.

Good for swimming pools or small ponds
We had a much larger one of these at one time that we used on a big lake. It was easy to spot, and the signal carried very far. Honestly, I am a little afraid to try this on a big body of water because I don’t know that we would find it again. It is smaller than the one we had before. (See the pictures). For now, it is a fun toy to play with in a swimming pool or small pond. Works fine. I don’t know how far the signal travels, but it works well enough in the mid-sized swimming pool. We tried it in.

Prone to water damage.
Does not have a gasket anywhere. The hull leaks and fills with water. After a couple uses the drive shafts to the propellers get rusted and begin to sieze.

Garbage
This item is garbage. Used it for less than 20 minutes in a pool. It took on water through the hull , then ceased to operate. Waste of money. Do not purchase.

Watercraft for endless hours of fun and entertainment
Water activities of all kinds excite me and on any typical day off I am bound to spend it by the lake, ocean, river, etc. My go to places for relaxation and rejuvenation. I have played with remote controlled watercraft in the past and invariably they would take in water and ultimately start having problems.Then I got this battery operated boat and now I am hooked this works fantastic and is highly intuitive and easy to use. The battery lasts quite a long time too. I took it out in the neighborhood pond for a trial and it worked wonderfully.I took it out with my grand kids to the lake and helped them launch off and it resulted in several hours of laughter, fun, and enjoyment over the weekend.
