First off I know Jack about mountain bikes and Jack about electric bikes. I haven't ridden a bike since my teen years. But I am turning 40 in July and wanted to add some exercise into my daily routine and have been thinking about a mountian bike for a while now. But just recently I kept seeing ads about e bikes and finally pulled the trigger for an early bday gift. After much research and looking and shopping around, the price I got this bike I believe was a steal. Keep in mind when going through Amazon you are going to pay s+h so expect and extra 150 to 200 on the price point for any e bike, I did not find any with free shipping. Either way I was excited and here's some things I wanted to point out for new timers like myself.1. This bike is perfect for the price especially for new e bike owners. There are other options and can easily go into the 1000s price range but you are paying for more battery which means more life and speed. The "best bike" is around 2000 and will get you a range of about 70-90 miles and 40-60 mph depending on brand and bike. This one gets you between 45-55 miles depending if using pedal assist or all electric and 20mph. For a grown *** man trying to not break anything, that's plenty.2. The video instruction provided on the product page by the company, there's also another tutorial from a buyer, made assembly easy. It took me around 40 minutes only because I was a little over gentle and I was oohing and awwing the whole time like a little kid.3. Awesome bang for your buck, Im not trying to go down mountains but there are dirt trails near my house and riding through neighborhoods it's a joyous ride. I'll tell you after not riding a bike for about 25 years riding this thing was so invigorating. It was fun, it was exercise, it got me out of the house and just able to free my mind, I loved it.Now here's a downer but with a silver lining. I popped my back tire. After 30 minutes and almost 5 miles my last little lap I clipped my back tire going over a curb. I was being a little adventurous and going full throttle and tried bunny hopping over a curb. I'm not a big man but my weight plus the weight of the bike (easily 50 lbs) it was totally my fault. I broke my new toy. I was devastated and knew I had to fix/replace the tire. But remember, I'm new to bikes and the bike tire looks intimidating to remove with all the chains and gears so I contacted the seller/company through Amazon. They were extremely helpful and extremely timely. I already bought fix a flat as well as new upgraded inner tubes but they sent me a tutorial video how to replace the back tire as well as new inner tubes. They didn't have to but that kind of customer appreciation speaks volumes.So long story short, if your a beginner and don't need some crazy suped up electric mountain bike, get this one. You won't regret it. If you do plan on being a little more adventurous than me and really going up and down more treacherous trails I would suggest having some upgraded inner tubes and tires (26x1.95) and also a portable air compressor.All in all great bike!

A Bike for Bella!This is my first time stepping into the electric bike world.This is pefect light weight bike 33lbsI can fit into my little hatch back as well.I have ordered a ramp for my 4 runner as it is higher.If you are a little bit of a senior, this easy breezy yet sporty spice bike.I still look cool as a mountiain bike rider, it is comfortable with the shock in the front.I can travel up steep inclines with 5 speedBravo!

The media could not be loaded. My first e-bike. Not a bad bike. As mentioned in a previous review, I did have issues with the rear tube 111 miles in on bumpy roads and dirt trails. The next day at 128 miles later the front also went flat. I believe the tubes are defective. I put slime in the tubes to stop the flats from thorns and other road hazards, but it appears that the tube encountered a hole on the inner side and not from the tread side somehow. I replaced them with some Walmart ones made in India. Chinese VS Indian. I have feeling the ones from India are going to do better. Other than that the bike is great. I average about at least 20 miles full throttle 20mph with the battery on paved roads and about 13 miles on light dirt trails that have many bumps and rocks. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because the tubes and no instructions on taking off the rear wheel.

Great value - still a couple in The warehouses so I scooped one up before they can’t bring any more in while tariff wars are happening. Very Easy to assemble, my 3 year old was “helping” me and it only took 30 minutes even with the “helping”. Takes off quick make sure you are moving don’t just full throttle on 4th speed from a standstill or that thang gonna jump. The fenders are garbage very flimsy plastic don’t t bother (maybe will block mud idk). Also the seat is pretty hard I plan on switching that out. Pleased with the purchase good value fast ride.

Very disappointed with the bike and company customer service. Tyre got punctured in couple days, called customer service number for advice , no one if picking up the calls. On App AI generated service not helpful.

It arrived a few days earlier than expected, perfectly packaged with no damage. I was immediately impressed by the quality of this bike. Assembly was quick and easy thanks to the clear instruction booklet and the included tool kit, which had everything I needed. The bike itself is excellent: fast, reliable, and ideal for a 14-year-old. Shipping was prompt, and customer service was outstanding—responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. We were so pleased with this bike that we ended up buying a second one. I highly recommend this company—you truly can't go wrong.

My first one. My car died and can't afford another one right now, but need a way to goto get food, bank, maybe movie,,,this bike what is needed for that. Researched and for my needs, this one is perfect. To old to peddle 10 speed up long hill on 4 lane traffic,,,this bike handles it perfectly, Easy to recharge battery.Ideal for my weight.Cruise right along. Well built and not too heavy to lift, rides easy. What I need to get around and pick up necessary things I need and take care of business. Luckly for me, Everything I need is within a couple miles and beats having to walk. It was easy to learn how to operate and die. For first time EBike owner and rider, this is what I need.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 20 year old. He loves it, so grateful for the miles on the bike not his feet. Lite enough he can carry it up 2 stories to store in his apartment. He had 300 miles put on it in 4 months in town traffic.
