It's a medium sized journal, it's hard cover and doesn't bend easily.The journal is a built like a hardcover spiral notebook.It's so easy to track inside the book.As someone whose had issues tracking for YEARS, this has helped so much!It starts out by making you track your measurements, personal goals, and then you move on to your exercise tracking for the next 6 months.The tracking of your personal goals in the beginning for the next 6 months and then make you track your fitness for the next 6 months really gets you to think about what you're doing and why; It makes you be intentional every step of the way. I think that's genius.This is worth your money.
