Such a beautiful drink dispenser!
I am so thrilled with this. First, the shipping was so fast and the packaging was beautiful! It has easy assembly and you can tell it's a quality product. It's perfect for hosting and also great for every day use. I am so happy with this.

Elegant and Sturdy
These are lovely dispensers. I bought two for work functions since the bamboo matches much of the surrounding decor. They are sturdy and would be hard to tip over or spill. I prefer the naturally antimicrobial metal pour spouts which add to the pleasing esthetic. I've not used plexi for food/beverage products, so hopefully they will not discolor over time. I like that the company provides the ice tubes to keep the dispensers from scratching. Easy assembly of the spouts and both came with the drip trays! Very pleased!

Awful smell
This is a beautiful product and the bamboo base is very pretty. However, no matter how many times I wash it, I cannot get rid of the chemical plastic smell and I’m not convinced that it’s BPA free. I cannot serve water out of this to my guests as it smells toxic :(

Great product
The media could not be loaded. Absolutely loved this dispenser! My favourite part is the separate devider for ice and my drinks are no longer mixed with water. High quality and durability with an aesthetic design. Highly recommended

Amazing!
This is so easy to assemble and looks SO nice sitting out. Love the holder for ice in the middle to keep the drink cold. 10/10!

Bad smell
Very cute but can not get rid of plastic taste or smell despite soaking and dishwasher. Makes water taste terrible.

The best drink dispenser!
I absolutely love this drink dispenser! I had a few friends over and this was a hit! I love the design, which allows ice to be placed in the center to keep the drink cold without diluting. It's also just the right size and incredibly easy to assemble and clean. I highly recommend!

Horrible
Beautiful, but both wood bases split wide open and broke within 2 days. The center core also broke on one, where the core twists and locks into place. Complete waste of money. These were purchased for hydration stations for a senior living community. I rolled the dice on this one based on reviews, and there not being too many also, and I lost.
