It is just what I needed--a little extra warmth. I have bought similar blankets that had a weave that often snagged but this one has a tight weave which helps prevent snagging. Being organic is a plus since a lot of regular cotton is often polluted with insecticides.

I purchased this blanket directly from their site a week ago and used it recently. It wasn't as soft as I would've liked and was too big for a Queen mattress.They get five stars because of how they handled my situation through their customer service department. I was able to get in touch with someone after a day and they took the time to make sure I was taken care of.While they're customer support is top notch, their commitment to sustainable bedding is worth another five stars. It's rare to find companies committed to providing organic GOTS-certified bedding. It's safe to say they have my business in the future as soon as they add new products.

This is a very high quality organic cotton blanket. However the one I received does not match the measurements listed. It is Twin and it is 56" x 90" not 60" x 90", so a little narrow. I wish I knew if this was a defective one or if all the Twin blankets are narrow...

This is a cotton blanket and is ideal for those that may have a reaction to other fibers. My wife is a quilter and is incorporating this into one of her creations. We live in a very cold area and quality bedding is required in our old and drafty dwelling. This blanket is awesome alone and after my wife's process will become a totally unique heirloom. I bought this blanket as an option for our master bedroom during the summer months when my husband refuses to turn on the AC. We often struggle to find bedding that he loves, so when he claimed this blanket as solely his I was shocked. His rules are the bedding must be cotton and breathable; therefore, the blanket fits that bill. He finds it to be more breathable than our other cotton blankets, and I’d argue this one is even thicker than the others so I’m not sure of the logic there. He’s also a tall gent, and finds this blanket covers him with enough to tuck under his feet; a true miracle! I tried to wash it for him one evening and he threw a fit when he came to bed and it wasn’t there…he really loves this blanket…All I can say is this blanket has a #1 fan and he’s not a fan of hardly anything. Worth a shot if you ask me!

This is a nice blanket, but for us it was too heavy and not warm enough. So if you like to feel the heaviness of a blanket, but don't want to be too hot, this is the blanket for you.
