I recently purchased the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16, and I must say, it has exceeded all my expectations! The laptop was delivered on time and in perfect condition, which is always a great start.The performance is incredible, thanks to the 14th Gen Intel Core i9-14900HX processor and the 8GB Nvidia RTX 4060 GPU. I bought a laptop advertised with 4K screen resolution.I got 2K screen resolution. Laptop with half a screen resolution does not cost the same!There are multiple buyers who reported this issue. I did not read these reviews soon enough.Seller should be held accountable for this fraud. Amazon only offers a return of item. However by the time you realize screen is only half a resolution, I already installed all software and spent days setting it up. At that moment it would cost me more to reinstall everything than to get a refund.

The performance is really good for the price, some mid game frame drops, other than that it performs great.

I bough this laptop since two days ago i faced many troubles, NVidia app doesn't work, most of games open then close without any reasons , there is no any error messages. Just close.The all software has a problems , Internet wifi cutting without any reason. And back again .While doing setup for games suddenly stop and give me errors then i have to replay the setup again . Anyway i hated this laptop, and i returned and asked for refund.

if you choose this laptop then you know why you want it, good laptop on the heavy side, especially the charging unit, i found the seal is open not sure why, and there is no Bluetooth in this model, search well before buying

The build quality is just amazing and and seller sent an original and new laptop🤍🤍.My only complaint was the shipping time was a bit long.Update: the screen on the laptop is not QHD it is UHD ao I am disappointed with the screen even tho the 1200p screen is beautiful but not QHD as described and I tried to contact the seller and he ignored me totally.
