These pillows come vacuumed packed and fluff up after opening. I popped them in the dryer on air fluff for 10 minutes and they were ready to use.They give full support when sleeping. Tgey are heavier than I expected. They retain their shape after using and the he queen size fits nicely on my bed.

I like a soft and fluffy pillow that has decent support. I bought these on sale for $25 for a Queen pair. What a great bargain! These compare in quality and comfort to pillows that cost 5 times what I paid for these.

I got these pillows about a week ago. Unpacked one and gave it a few days to fluff out after bashing it around first to get it started (as recommended).The first couple nights of use I used a pillow case only. Lying on it was heaven! After a while tho it felt flat and not a comfortable rest.After a couple days I put it in a protector cover as well as a pillow case...hard as a rock. Grabbed old faithful last night.Going to take off protector tonight and try again.While this was suppose to be a cool pillow, it is until you add any covers.I want to love this pillow, I really do!8/7/24 update. Ok I took off the pillow protector and am in love again.I agree with the many comments that this is a "hotel luxury pillow". Not a snowballs chance. This is a simple microfiber filled pillow. Period. Yes, it is comfy, for now, but we shall see how long that lasts.I am not one to get a new pillow each year. I can't tell you how old old faithful is...

Love this pillow! Super soft and full! Does not have a funny smell or flatten out when we lay on it. This is our 2nd purchase!

For a decorative pillow on the bed these are nice. If you want something sturdy this isnt it. Very soft and fluffy but if you need head support not gonna find it here.Update. The company product support reached out to me after reading my review. They were extremely conciliatory and attentive to my concern. Their actions were unexpected and appreciated. To them i say thank you. I also want to add that though the product was not what I was expecting this does not mean it was bad. The pillows are well made.

Pillows are well made and comfortable. Not too hard or soft and great quality! We love them!

Too squishy and not firm as described.

Received replacement pillows after first shipment was missing one . Customer service kept in touch to make sure I received the order. Pillows are medium fiber filled, soft and nice material .
