Very nice

Good ice pack and heat pack for pain relief
I purchased two of these packs. Put one in the freezer, and use one for heat. I put one in the microwave 30 seconds. Provides nice heat on lower back. But, heat doesn’t last as long as the clay packs.

It’s too firm and will not bend over wound. It’s worthless, unless you want it to lay flat only.
