Samy Salon Systems Curl Constructor Activating Mousse, Frizz Control Formula, 7 oz.

I really, really, really love this product. I have a lot of fine, wavy hair. Most products weigh my hair down or do not help it curl up. THIS product is wonderful. Many other reviewers have commented on the 'crunchy' after feel of the product. I agree, it does leave your styled hair crunchy and sometimes dry feeling. But I would vary the amount of product you use to see if you can get this to diminish. Also I use a very (very) little amount of a pomade as a finisher on my ends and this tends to get rid of the crunchiness and gives me soft bouncy curls. Again, my hair is wavy and not curly, but with this product I can achieve the curl amounts (and keep them for most of the day) that I want.

I have been a huge fan of the Samy hairsprays, and recently transitioned into "Not Your Mother's" Brand products- I've been searching for the solution of mousse for these hot summer days and was extremely disappointed with the odor of the NYM kinky curl gel. That being said, I bought this Samy Curl Constructor and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! My hair has a natural wave but the frizz drives me crazy. Being an On Call nurse, I need a product that will get me ready and set to go! This is my new go to. I absolutely love it!

I absolutely LOVE this product! Nothing gives my hair more curl and hold than this product. I couldn't find it locally in any stores and was thrilled that I could order it online. I have baby fine long hair and I put this product in when my hair is wet and scrunch. CURLS galore!

I have very unruly hair - thick and curly. I absolutely love the way this product makes my hair look and feel. I'm 40 - Hispanic descent and by far, when I decide to go curly and not straight, this is my go to product.

Isn't really the best mousse, all it did was act like gel and hardened my hair and made it have the "wet look". It also makes your hair and hands super sticky, and leaves a white residue on your hair...

I read reviews about how this is great mouse. It gives volume without leaving it crispy...FALSE. This left my hair very crispy and gross. I didn't even use that much. Waste of my $10!

It's no replacement for Biosild smoothing balm which is the only thing that ever worked on my fine but very curly hair. This left my hair feeling crunchy and dry.

I have short curly hair and have a ton of curly-hair products in my bath cabinet. However, this one seems to be the best of the lot. The only minor fault is that it leaves the hair a bit hard to the touch but if it is combed through, it's a bit better. Other than that, Samy does work for both forming and holding the curls.
