Update: It turns out there was an email address in the packaging for contacting the manufacturer. I requested the missing part and I received it today. So, I am revising my rating to 5 stars.This seem to be a good rack. Easy to install and seems to be sturdy but a part was missing. It is the end cap for the bar on the left side. The box contained 3 right side end caps and 1 left side cap. It is only a decorative item but I see no way to contact the manufacturer to get the correct part other than sending the whole thing back. The photo shows the extra right cap. They are not interchangeable.

Love how they look & are Built well. Easy to install...But, the Key Locks can be turned with any tool like a screwdriver or fingernail file. I'm most concerned if the normal road vibration might unlock them.. Keeping an Eye it..👀

These are awesome. Looks great, the same design as the Mopar. Easy to install. The one item you need to be aware of is when driving 46mph and over, they whistle. Loud like a bad call at a soccer match. I mean whistle. I had them packaged up and ready to return. Then I read a thread on a Jeep forum regarding the whistle. And there was a fix. There are small channels along the bottom of the rails the entire length. Not just the deep channels that the feet fit into. I bought some Gorilla tape as was suggested from my one person and ran it from one side to the other along the bottom that covered the channels. The tape is black and wide enough so aesthetically it looks fine. But most importantly. NO whistle. Next the question is how long will it last. My next move when they wear out is to have decal strips applied. Either way. For the price you are paying about a hundred bucks less for these than Mopar and they have the same issue with the whistle. Get these. Hopefully the factory that makes these redesigns in the future. Thes assembled & mount nice and easy they hold strong to roof of 2018 & 2022 jeep jl's look good hold our kayaks on kayak racks and skis on ski attachments like them a lot

I like cross bars. Easy to install and seem sturdy. However, very loud whistle at 40 miles and above. That’s even with the provided foam tapes and the bar ends / covers in tightly as possible. Can someone pls advise? Otherwise, unfortunately they will go back to Amazon…

Seems like a good product however it did not fit the roof rails on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. My roof rails stop at the back door and don't run the entire lenght of top. So for me to use I would have either had to install the front rail over the removable tops or move to just over the rear doors which would have put the rails about 12-18" apart. Not really ideal for using properly.Just note that before you order confirm your hard top has a gutter the entire length of the roof.

Easy to assemble. Looks good on top of my Jeep. Can still open the flip top with these on there. Does make a whistling sound when you’re driving. My husband just turns up the radio. Good price and fits perfectly on a 2021 Wrangler Rubicon.

Needed these so I could mount our thule ski racks. They mounted easily and did the trick. As others mentioned, the key is pretty useless, but for the price, I have no complaints.
