I recently had an accident which strained my right growing muscle, and it was extremely painful for a long time. I was going to replace my toilet with just a regular toilet, but because of inability to reach back, I decided on this bidet. It was the best choice I could’ve made, not just for being able to be cleaned without having to reach back, but the whole process of using this bidet was awesome. It is not completely easy to install and you need to have an experienced plumber. Do the installation the remote that comes with this takes a bit of getting used to. In order for it to properly work you must select each step and the way to cancel that step is to select the next step. For example, when you select wash in order to cancel the wash, you need to select the dryer option it cancels the wash and the dryer starts. After that if you’re finished, select the flush option, and the dryer stops, and then the toilet flushes. Lid automatically raises and closes once you are completely finished and step away from the bidet. It’s a bit higher than a regular toilet that I had but that’s fine. It actually feels much better that way. It has the option for less water for flushing and then a full load for more waste when required. To me it’s personally worth the extra money. The fit for me was absolutely perfect. I am a middle size man 5 foot eight. The warm seat is a nice function. It came well packaged, and I was amazed at how much Styrofoam was used, but I understand the necessity for that. I thoroughly love it and would advise anyone that has the extra cash to spend should get this.

Love this smart toilet! Delivery was fast. I had a Plummer scheduled to install it & he refused as he had never installed a smart toilet! Luckily my husband is handy & could see that it was not that hard to figure out. He is 82 with a bad back so we asked two of our sons to install it & they had it installed in a couple of hours. We really like the "foam shield" function on this toilet. There is a video of that function below. We previously had a toilet seat bidet but are liking this smart toilet so much more! So easy to keep clean! I would buy this again!

This one has a Good Flush! So far we only use the “light” flush because it’s plenty good. The bidet function is strong on the high setting and gentle on the low setting. It has a foaming agent button so you can clean it between cleans (the foaming agent port is a little awkward to fill). I like that it has an electronic cleaning cycle whenever the bidet wand retreats. I’m buying a 2nd one for the other bathroom. 👍🏼 Money well spent.

OMG love this thing it’s the best… I have been waiting to get one did a lot of looking and decided on this one and Boy am I glad I did . I love everything about it. It’s great all the way down to the customer service. They were awesome. I reached out and within five minutes, they were reaching back to me. Yes this toilet comes with a reservoir of cleaning fluid that keeps the toilet clean and sanitary.The night lignt and automatic seat lifter will save your marriage!!! No more leaving the seat up guys! Auto Flush, great bidet, just the most incredible iteration of an age old household fixture!

Very happy with our new smart toilet! FYI, the installation costs about the same as the toilet! It is working perfectly, no leaks, no odors, easy to clean, comfortable, and the washing aspect is definitely the reason behind the purchase.

I've had several others. This EPLO is superior to even the Toto in the following ways: the spray stream is more forceful and achieves broader coverage; the toilet does not flush itself just because you shifted your bottom while on the seat - it waits to flush itself to when you get off of the seat; men you do not have to use your hand to raise the seat when you stand in front of the toilet - this model has a foot sensor. HIGHLY recommend.
