Great product and customer service.
This has been great for outdoor shower and has been in use for 10 months. Good looking and solid valve. I had a small leak in the hot water side that would drip and thought I would reach out to customer service from this listing and they sent not one but both replacement valves with next to No questions ask other than to make sure I was troubleshooting properly. The part arrived in a reasonable time and for free. I have not had a customer services experience like it I’m many many years. I will promote and support this small company as often as possible for customers service alone but the quality for price is also great. Do not hesitate to buy from this seller beyond great and no I do not get payed by them or get free stuff from them.

Won’t last
Worked great for the first summer. Shut off for winter. Went to turn it on today and regulator is busted. Piece of garbage. Don’t buy!

Easy to hookup. A little leakage but considering it was inexpensive and is outside it’s just what I needed.

Well made, easy to install but drain plug very hard to unscrew.
Well made and pretty easy to install and comes with all neessary parts. Works well. Only complaint is that the drain plug on to bottom of the unit was nearly impossible to get unscrewed; had to use blow torch heat on it to loosen. This is important so you can drain the faucet for the winter and prevent damage.

Seems well built, feels as fancy as the pictures show
It feels like an even higher quality than I expected.The bracket for the shower riser is oddly just an ugly stamped piece of steel, which doesn't match the quality of the other components. However, this is easily seen in the Amazon photos.
