Very surprised, portions are small but at least you get a nice meal in an emergency or even traveling camping etc.Was pleasantly surprised at the flavor & size of the piece of fish. They are lightly seasoned working well with my DNA based diet. However, we all know fish doesn't last & I would suggest you supplement with some veggies or a starch if you need it.Bought on a whim for food storage ended up without electricity for over 24 hrs day it arrived. Was able to heat on a sterno stove as they are packaged in metal! Then I decided to see well does it work in the microwave? Yes!No instructions on heating so I put it in at 6th power level and hit it for 3 minutes. Every microwave varies so practice with yours. Using it on the little portable camping stove was awesome. A lot of the pre-made foods come in plastic so you have to then transfer it to a pan. In an emergency it's not an easy thing to do. As I live in California and the electric company is now doing rolling blackouts to prevent fires you never know when you will be left without electricity for days even. This just happened to my county. They hit us with a blackout 24 hours before a major storm rolled in. Where I live it snows in SoCal. Down below it can be 70°. So must always be prepared.My cats wanted to eat my dinner for me & my dog was looking at me like I was the meanest mom in the world for not sharing.

Instead of birthday cards or seasonal cards, I send practical items to older family members miles away. Things they can use. At their age, they don’t need more trinkets.

Well packed, and the veggies are delicious... but the salmon is fishy (fish should never be fishy).What they use for "smoked" might be one of the most awful things I have ever put in my mouth. I need a thorough bourbon rinse just to finish this. But this is my first time with this product and I'll give myself a chance to find a sweet spot.

this is a very tasty dish. although it says refrigerate leftovers it is a very small amount that will have no leftovers. i warmed it up before eating. it is very yummy but pricy for the serving size.

Good as a lite lunch or to top off rice.

I never got to try the products. Arrived leaking badly. The smell was awful and leaked contents had turned black. May I get a refund since it’s not returnable? Besides, you do not want this back; trust me.

Absolutely delicious! These meals offer a very quick, healthy lunch option. I dump the meal over a bed of lettuce and ENJOY!

These are soooo good. A quick and satisfying luncheon or snack. Easy to use, they taste great, do not have to be refridgerated and everyone knows that fish is an important diet addition.
