GREAT SUN SHADE
Since I had to cut down the large tree in my backyard, I have no shade in the afternoon. Since my yard isn't grass (turf), it gets hot to step on, especially for my dogs. My son-in-law suggested purchasing shade-sails to install at different angles to help give some shade. I bought some different sizes, and the work began. One must understand, this IS a process to obtain the desired amount and direction of shade. This, in combination with a couple of others, gives some much needed shade, and I plan to add 2-3 more. This is a great find, especially with the added reinforced WIRE-rope where the rings are at each tip. It's also important that they do NOT come in close contact with what they're being attached to, as it will likely develop weak spots and holes in the fabric. And they come in different sizes to suit everyone's needs!!

Steel Cable Around the Perimeter - Very Well Made
I have a set of the name brand (Coolaroo) triangular sail shades that have been up half the year for several years. This shade is far superior. Here's the comparison: While the fabric seems to be identical, the stitching around the edges looks to have a few extra courses of thread, and they may be folded over and sewn an extra time. The big difference is that these have a 1/8 inch stainless steel cable around the entire perimeter of the shade. If you are dealing with smaller shades like my 13'x13'x13' Coolaroo's, that might not help too much, but as you go up in size the forces on the corners goes up exponentially as the weight of the shade increases and the greater surface area catches more wind. The steel perimeter vastly increases the strength of the shade.I am tempted to leave this shade up over the winter, but I probably won't. This is an extremely well made shade suitable for commercial applications - five stars.

The end links are very solid. Easy to install and remove.
The end links on these are solid. I don't think it will deteriorate in direct, hot AZ sun like my old one did that was just attached to a hole with polyester ropes. We get high winds here once in a while. Clicking off the ends from the ring hooks makes it easy to detach as needed. The color and textured pattern is attractive. I expect years of use out of this sail.

Grade Canopy, Reinforced Corners and Edges
This is indeed a heavy-duty shade sail. I was expecting a good product, but to my delight, this one exceeded my expectations. It is well-stitched, and the fabric is very heavy and strong, suggesting great durability. Installation is always tricky but manageable.Excellent product, price is also good and below some similar quality products. Highly recommend.

Great material ans shade
This offers great shade. I was looking for something to provide a little more shade over the pool without covering the entire area. This is perfect, material is good quality and feels like it will last. I have another larger one I ordered from a big box store and honestly there is no difference at all between the two... except the cost.

Reinforced
Product is as described. It has double edged sides and reinforced rings (like a groment) and is commercial grade. It should last a long time. It seems heavy duty and qood quality as far as I can tell. Im no expert but it gets the job done.

Great Quality!
Once I figured out the space and anchoring this shade sail was super easy to put up. The loops make it easy to remove and the shade saved us during a recent heat wave. It looks pretty good too.

Heavy Duty Anchor Points
There is no doubt about it these shade sails are absolutely heavier duty than you standard sails. We love these shade sails and have been using them over our patio for the last 5 years. With the standard sails we put them up in April then take them down in late October because they can't handle snow or ice loads. So far they have held up to very heavy wind and rain storms though. We purchased this heavy duty version to see if maybe we can leave it up year around. The anchor points on this sail look like they are ten times stronger than the standard sails Plus the material is thicker.
