Wish this came in glass jar but doesn’t. I am feeling better already. Sleeping better was key for me. I have a lot of stress in my life and these feel like they are helping with my cortisol levels. It’s only been a week but happy so far

Well it hasn't hurt anything but not sure it is helping anything either. I will finish the bottle and not buy another. If things go south then I will start up again. Time will tell
