Got this robot for my grandson for his birthday he is 4. He kept wanting to open it before his other presents. He carried it around all evening it would talk. When the robot was fully charged he could not play with anything else his favorite gift as it moved forward and back ,left and write exceeded my expectation. Will get this for my other grandkids.

Update:The seller reached out and explained that the 6088 robot is designed with soft lighting to protect children's eyes, which is why it doesn't use very bright lights. Entertaining little robot, but does not stand upright when moving. It did not take long for the toy to become dysfunctional. It constantly falls over when attempting to walk regardless of surface. My kid played with it for a couple of days after Christmas before it stopped working well. My kid didn’t play with it hard either (non-destructive).

I purchased this robot for my son for Christmas, and while it initially had some issues, I was incredibly impressed with the customer service experience. The robot could turn left and go backward reliably, but it struggled when moving forward or turning right, occasionally tipping over. I double-checked the instructions for the wheels and couldn’t find anything obviously wrong, but it seemed like the center of balance might have been off.I reached out to customer service and provided a video showing the issue. They were quick to respond, acknowledged the problem, and offered to replace the unit without hesitation. The process was smooth and professional, and I’m grateful for their support.Although the first robot didn’t work as expected, I’m confident the replacement will be great. I appreciate the outstanding customer service and am looking forward to my son enjoying his new robot soon!
