I just got these but wanted to say they seem like a pretty good product. I am completely familiar with the benefits of all these ingredients and how they work for me, which is pretty good. So, in just starting out these seem okay. Not very guimmy=like in my book as the bottle has a hard pill sound when you shake it but they are pretty small and I just swallowed them because of that. They may be chewy but I could not say.They taste fine, leave no aftertaste, and have all the hallmarks of quality I would want No one can take these kinds of things and just quickly pop off on how great they and their lives are! It takes a while for even some prescription meds to take effect and that is true of these ingredients. So, I will be back if I need to give a thumbs down. But for now, I do believe they are good stuff worth taking!

I've been taking different D-Mannose for about 8 months now. This particular one upsets my stomach more than any other. So much so that I am throwing them in the trash. FYI; the dose is 3 pills, not 2 pills as most are for the same 1000 mg.

I have read about D-Mannose and Cranberry for UTI's many times. Since I have had a couple UTI's recently I thought this would be a good supplement to take. However, I had bowel issues and cramping the days I took them. I ruled everything else out and it only occurred on those days. I only took one capsule instead of three out of caution and glad I did. I am guessing it is the D-Mannose itself, because I can take vitamin C and Cranberry extract without any problems. The other two ingredients are way lower in quantity than the D-mannose. After doing a little research, D-Mannose can in fact cause those exact issues so I guess I am one of the unlucky ones. People with IBS (like myself) are more prone to these problems. It was worth a try..
