Great chair and customer service!

First of all the instructions don’t mention this but the top half of the chair is hidden under the foot rest. I thought I only received half a chair and was very confused. If you have wide/big hips, just know this is very narrow im a large bottom girl on top of being 8 months pregnant and both my hips hit the sides. Half my head also clears the top of the chair, I am 5’6” The arm rests are low- I guess I should have known from the pics but I didn’t realize it. The vibration is only on the calves. I didn’t really buy it for that but just wanted to mention if someone cared. It is an excellent choice for a tight fit area so I am happy about that part. Lumbar support…could be better I could be worse. I’ll definitely be adding a pillow. Overall it’s just ok. I’m glad I caught it on sale because it just meets my needs I don’t exactly love it. If you have a tight space, this is a great choice for that it’s its most beneficial feature. It’s exactly how I would describe something as 3/5 stars

For the price I believe this chair is worth it. It is comfy, cute, and pretty easy to set up. (Just don’t put the back piece in backwards like we did at first) Things to note- there is no side pocket like pictured, the vibration is only on the seat cushion and not on the back, and It is a little smaller than expected but still functional and works for me (5’8”) and my husband (5’9”).

I was really excited about this chair for our baby’s nursery, because it is the perfect size and has a lot of features for the price. I set it up & it was not the easiest to do. The backrest on the chair is SO wrinkly no matter how tight I pull it which makes it look a bit cheap. It also came with a red stain on the footrest and no matter what I tried I can’t get it off. I’m hoping the wrinkles will work themselves out eventually. The wrinkles & the odd stains on the chair are why I give this chair a 2 star rating.

My mom needed a chair for a small space, and this one worked perfectly. She loved it.

Per the instruction, there should have been a pocket on the side of the chair where the massage remote control could have been stored, but the side pocket does not exist.The massage mode only applies to the surface where you sit on, but the back area. If the massage function were also on the back of the chair, this chair would have been perfect.
