This is a great fountain. My cat prefers ceramic over stainless steel and this works really well. Ceramic is safest for your pets! I like that the basin protects the water and only a small amount sits on the top for the cat to drink as it keeps the water cleaner. The faucet is cute and the fountain is very quiet. I’ll probably order another so I have a back up! Highly recommend this fountain!

It’s been about three months and I love this fountain. My cats drink so much water. I love how it’s ceramic so it’s very easy to clean and doesn’t hold smell like plastic does. It’s very sleek and aesthetically pleasing too. It’s really quiet and I know when it’s time to refill when it becomes noisy again.

This is a high quality heavy ceramic water fountain that works beautifully! My cats like it and I like it.It has a good pump that really supplies a nice water flow and despite other reviews,it makes no noise at all and there is no light that shows anywhere.Yes there is a little blue light on the pump but as long as the top fits right,which mine does,then there is no visible light and the pump is virtually silent.The only noise it makes at all is if the water level gets low and the pump starts sucking air! The only draw back is that the inside parts,pump,pump holder,etc.,are made of plastic but realistically there is no other material that could be used for those parts.The dish is heavy and sits exactly where it is put and does not move or get pushed around. I love the fact that my babies drinking water is being double filtered for debris and contaminates! It is a little pricey but it is high quality and I would never put a price tag on the things I buy for my fur babies! I am very happy with this product and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves their fur babies.Cats always prefer running!

It’s heavy and you can’t see when water is low. However, when it gets low, the water noise increases. Not sure why they have a light when you can’t see through the ceramic. Otherwise, to me it seems like a great product. However, after three weeks my cat won’t drink out of it. I’m sure it’s just because he’s old and picky. I’d still recommend!

My cat and dog love this water fountain. it’s completely silent and easy to assemble. it’s tall enough but not to big. it came in a box that was protected. the water is constantly flowing but you cannot hear a sound. it definitely feels fragile but it’s a thick ceramic. and seems very durable and good quality. it’s super easy to put together and the design is so cute. it’s also very easy to clean due to it being ceramic. definitely worth the $30 i paid.

i cleaned and began using this on saturday and by sunday night i needed to refill the fountain again. that’s makes so sense because no way my cat drank all that in a day. turns out there is a crack somewhere in the bowl and it’s leaking water. i checked the water level this morning and it was full and 30 minutes later it’s almost empty. what is that?? it’s sitting on a towel now to protect my floor.it’s just disappointing because it looks really nice but it’s been seeping water into my hardwood floors. I know my cat like water more than the average cat but not that much. very upset and disappointed. do not buy :/
