I Needed to relieve pressure from a compressed disc in my neck. With much research this was my choice because it has a chin piece that keeps your head at the proper angle as it is being stretched. The bulb ball makes it easy to inflate at small increments and the hose attached is long enough that you can see the release valve and quickly deflate if you need it too. I could in no way use this as travel or sleep pillow but that may be because I was already dealing with a neck issue. I am in no way giving advice medically and you should not use it if there is any discomfort.

This device did no good for me. It pushes my head back instead of stretching up. I find it very difficult to use.Although this product work for me, the company is great to work with and very honest.
