Love this product it really works.!!! I finally have lean muscle mass no sagging skin so, as i'am losing weight. I do not have to worry about my skin losing it's elasticity.

I want to return this item immediately but no info was included in the package that would allow me to do so. I took the first pill with dinner, then the next day I took another and immediately became ill. I felt clammy, my head felt foggy and I got extremely nauseous. Had to leave work it got so bad. I have only vomited two time in my life and that was due to a concussion. This was my third. I would not recommend this product to anyone. If this happened to me, with the most tolerant constitution I know of, I would hate to see what would happen to the average person. Skip this item and craze.

Didn't seem to have the advertised effects for me. Perhaps it does better with other people.

I don't feel like i need to snack, and I have no sugar swings. Doesn't make me feel full, but makes it easier to turn down snacks when bored
