Works well. Below are directions for pairing or programming the remote key fob to multiple alarms.
Pros: Very loud. Easy to install. Remote key fob has excellent range and covers a 3000 ft house with no problem. You can program up to 50 alarms off of one remote. I have only done 3 alarms and they work great.Cons: Instructions are confusing. The Chinese are trying but they need some help with their translations. So I'll help. Below is how you program multiple alarms to one or more remotes key fobs.Model SF06R1) Remove one battery in other alarms that are already paired with the key fob. You must do thisor you will deprogram them from the key fob.2) Insert only one battery in the new alarm.3) Press and hold the Bell button on the key fob.4) Insert 2nd Battery into the alarm while holding the Bell button. The Alarm will beep once. Continue holding the Bell key until the alarm beeps one more time. This takes a few seconds.5) Release the bell key and press the unlock button. The Alarm will beep again.6) Test the key fop by pressing the bell button. The alarm should ring.7) Reinsert all batteries in the other alarms.8) Test all the alarms by pressing the Bell button. All Alarms should ring.9) Repeat steps 1 thru 8 for any additional key fobs. This only took me an hour to figure out. I thought I'd save everyone some time. So print it out for any future use. May you all have a safe home! If you thought this helpful please give this a "helpful" vote so others will see these directions. Thanks.

Will kill a burglar if they're prone to heart attacks
It's not as loud as I expected. Now, don't get me wrong, it's loud, but after seeing all the reviews that said "omg it's so loud" I expected ear-piercing ear-hurting loud. When it goes off when you expect it, you'll automatically squint-your-eyes/cringe while you look for the noise source to try to turn it off. Now that I think about it, maybe it's not louder because of health reasons.Now...If you DON'T expect it, your heart will definitely skip a few beats from the scare. Happened to me when I accidentally pressed the panic button while having the control in my pocket while moving some furniture out the door. I went to bed and hid under the sheets for a few minutes to get over the scare. My gf opened the door once without deactivating the alarm, and she also got quite a scare (she'll now never forget to deactivate it before going in the apartment lol).We activate and deactivate the alarm when going out, as in, when there's nobody home. And since the alarm is located on the inside, the closed door muffles the "activated - deactivated" ring. Unlike others have commented, this activated/deactivated ring isn't as loud as the alarm... but it isn't quiet neither. The door is weatherstripped for noise and temperature differential insulation, so the activated/deactivated ring doesn't bother any of the neighbors.So,Pros:1.- Extremely easy to install.2.- Inexpensive.3.- Will give you a heart attack if you are prone to one if it goes off without you expecting it (like a burglar).Cons:1.- The open-close door chime function is so loud it's almost useless.2.- If you're a dedicated/expert burglar, the FBI or whatever, you could locate the alarm and take the battery out to shut it off (which is why we have another alarm that informs the building's security guard). But these security things are never meant to keep the "pros" out.3.- You MUST have the control to activate or deactivate it, no password or anything. So you should definitely invest in buying a few more controllers in case you have family/friends coming over to let them in while you're not home. The pros heavily outweigh the cons. Five stars.

Works just as expected with the remote. more than one use for this device too!
this summer for the first time we started having people view our dumpster as being for 'public use' but it's ours we pay for it! this last time i heard the crashing of empty beer bottles at 2 a.m. but due to the distance i couldn't get outside in time to even get their license plate number. i decided if i couldn't stop this i'd have to get different ones i could lock, but then there was this option.fyi i didn't want to use the magnetic portion i wanted an alarm siren i could trigger with a remote from inside our house. one that would have a strong enough signal to activate the siren which is approx. 100' from our home. this device comes with the remote and double stick tape to put up. the remote has a battery but the 'box' or siren portion doesn't. for that you'll need two AAA batteries.while you can use it with just the magnetic portion as said i only care about remote operation. once i put it up and made sure it was on the right side of the dumpsters so they wouldn't get between the remote and siren signal blocking it i found it has worked with every test done. i could not be happier. strangely i am in a way hoping someone will try to fill our trash bins again with their garbage so i can at least give them a 'jolt.'i am more than happy with this little device. couldn't be easier to use. the price for what it does is great. i'd imagine it could also serve as someone's personal panic alarm as you just press the button on the remote and the thing shrieks very loudly. i have absolutely no problem recommending this to anyone.
