Gets the job done.
Not an OEM of course but after some fixes this worked fine on a VW Beetle 2000.Watch out though, the connectors have rough tips the may damaged your vehicles wire connectors, I used a file to correct the poor finishing job on the terminals in this reservoir, as I said not OEM, but gets the job done.

Moneys worth.
Got this product almost a third of what it would cost at a parts store with the same manufacturer brand. Still holding. Pretty good overall

Just like everything dorman.....
It fits and works, but just like pretty much everything from dorman expect to have to modify it to work. The plug for coolant level is too small for the seal in the factory plug to fit. With a little modification it will work though. If you have time to wait for OEM get a factory one.

06 VW Beetle
I loved how fast I was able to get this. My beetle is almost 16 years old and her reservoir was just as old. This is a perfect fit and is very sturdy. Thank goodness I could get it overnighted as no one in town had them available.

Replaced 2003 MK4 ALH Coolant Bottle with this.
Used this to replace the stock tank that cracked on the bottom. It only leaked when it warmed up.Interestingly, the crack was not anywhere near plasti-welded area.It fit perfectly and wouldn't hesitate.Not giving the perfect score because I do not know the longevity yet. Will update after a year.

I did not personally install this, my dad did that; however, it did not take more than a few minutes. I've had this on my car, which I use on a daily basis for about two months now and has not had any problems. I was very happy with how easy this was install and the fact that to date it has been reliable and not caused a single problem to my car.

Decent product, didn’t fit my vehicle
This didn’t fit my 2006 manual TDI beetle even though the Amazon system said it would fit. Waste of time 🙄

Exact fit.
Bought this for my 2008 vw city golf. It's an exact fit. Didn't have to move anything out of the way. Easy install. An it's design is way better than the OEM one. Now I can syphon out coolant easily if I want to. 5 stars for now. Let's see how it holds up. Took a while to receive it. But worth the wait. So far '
