Great chili mix
Wicked Fowler's Chili mix is great. Used when lived in Texas and glad can find it on Amazon. Almost from scratch taste and can add sasonings.

Gives you control of seasonings
I liked having control of the seasonings though I did use all of them. I have difficulty with spicy foods and this was perfect for me. I think most people would want go to the next level chili kit. Mild is really mild, perfect for me, but has a very good chili taste.
