We paid $4.88 for handling and delivery on a $9.95 item. That price was worth it to us because these are delicious and very healthy (fiber and protein) matza. Unfortunately, though delivered on time, the box was improperly packaged. It was sent via UPS in soft sided packaging that was barely the size of the box and the box arrived mangled and the matza inside broken and to some extent crushed. I am writing this review in hopes that the seller will improve the packaging and handling of paid delivery in the future.Jolie Bain Pillsbury

Delicious but can be almost on the burnt side in some boxes

Crisp with good flavor.

The flavor is fine, but these are a bit too hard for me and splinter into sharp shards. I also agree that the packaging was inadequate. They came in an envelope and the box was partially crushed along with some of the matzos.
