This is such a wonderful set of magnets. To me the letters are well made out of a foam material with the entire backside covered with the magnet so it won't slide off the fridge or come apart from the letter itself. It came with one set of capital and 3 sets of lower case letters so many spelling options are available. The colors are bright and fun and the free e-book that you can download from their site is cute and will be useful in the future. My son is a little too young (15 months) to be playing with it unsupervised since he still sometimes puts things in his mouth, but when I sit with him, he loves playing with them and doesn't get tired of repeatedly pulling them off and sticking them back on the fridge. The letters were a little smaller than expected (I'm used to seeing the big plastic ones) but now actually prefer this size because they fit much better on the included magnetic board, which will come in handy when my son is older and I don't want to be stuck right next to the refrigerator just to use them. The co-founder of the company, Pixel Premium, also contacted me by e-mail to follow up on my satisfaction with the product and that was very appreciate. I'd recommend this product to a friend and am planning to buy it for my friend's baby once she's old enough.

I have a bright three year-old grandson, living halfway across the continent, and we often FaceTime together. This little kit contains not only the magnetic letters, but also a small whiteboard I can use to hold up letters and words. His name is Jack, so we started with words like "Jack has a sack in his pack on his back." The relatively small size is a benefit when using the computer (or cell phone) for Skype or Facetime. The quality is excellent. I will be taking a second set with me when we visit so that he will have one of his own. There are enough letters to do more than simply learn the alphabet. I have used larger boards on FaceTime, but they are unwieldy. This little board is lightweight and travel size. I may also use them here in my office to post happy sayings on the whiteboard I use to explain things to students and patients. There is also a website with companion learning tools and teaching tips. Excellent product! [Side note: I also have some great hand puppets I bought on Amazon: Kermit, Cookie Monster, Mickey Mouse, Burt, & The Count. Grandparents can have fun with grandchildren long before they are really verbal. Try to catch them when they are in their highchair having lunch, dinner, or a snack. This is great for grandfathers who don't know what to do when the kid can't really carry on a conversation!]

What a fantastic product! I received the magnetic letters and gave them to my 6 year old grandson yesterday. He will begin having spelling tests this week--a practice for kindergarten students to which I, a career teacher of over 40 years, do not happen to ascribe. Rather than have him become anxious, however, I decided to make it fun. Your ABC letters offered something that was both eye-catching, tactile and practical. They are so lightweight, but have an incredibly strong magnetic attraction. I LOVE that you offer multiple colors and so many of each letter. That will allow my grandson to spell all words for the given week on the wonderful magnetic board that's included with the set. The storage box is also attractive, a great size and easy to use.We have not used any of the e-lessons yet, but I'm sure my daughter will investigate those in the coming weeks. If they're as good as the product itself, I'm sure they're excellent. At the moment, in addition to the ABC magnets, my grandson is making letters out of play-do, writing in salt, and tracing letters on a zip-loc bag filled with hair gel. All old, tried and true options, but FUN.Thanks for creating such wonderful, durable product.

Great alphabet set with both upper case and lower case letters. Easily manipulated by my 18 month-old grandchild who is enthralled with them. The small lightweight magnetic board is handy. The magnets cover the full back of each letter. The letters are lightweight and colorful. Love that there are full sets of the alphabet in each color, and that the capitals and lower case letters are color coordinated -- makes it easier to find the letter that you desire. The only negative about this set is the new chemical smell when you first open the plastic bags which contain the letters. I set the opened box out to air in my basement for a couple months since my grandchild wouldn't be visiting until the holidays. The smell totally dissipated during that wait time -- not sure how long it took since I didn't bother to check. We now keep the letters and magnetic board in a plastic shoe box since the cardboard box the set came in didn't hold up to a toddler's use. I definitely recommend these ABC magnets.
