I have developed a daily regimen of eating one of these (they actually recommend 3, but I don't take it that far) to, hopefully, reduce my chances of getting a cold. Do they work? Who really knows...but they sure taste good. I have had a couple of pretty severe colds in the last year, so I would say they probably don't have much effect, but I don't think they do any harm either. The main reason I ordered these through Amazon is this particular flavor seems to sell out locally and I like them. The price is actually a tad higher than I pay at the local market, but having them in stock is a plus. Am I going to recommend these to you? No way. As my headline says "you either like it or you don't". This is a personal choice and I can't make it for you.

Great product and cheaper on Amazon than I can purchase at the local pharmacy. Fast delivery as well. This is a great product. I bought it for my husband who flies a lot on business and always seemed to get sick when he got back from a trip. He started taking this and has been cold free after business trips! I use it too when I am feeling run down or think i might be coming down with something. Always seems to help me stay healthy! The wild berry dummies are the best...almost like candy.

Purchased Sept 18 & didn’t arrive until Oct 5. Seal totally off bottle in top of cap. Gummies melted & all stuck together. Had to throw entire bottle away. Total waste of my money. Very disappointed & didn’t even deserve the 1 rating.

You can’t get any better tasting gummies than these! I buy them religiously whenever a member of my family is sick or when we are traveling. They are a great way to get an extra burst of vitamin C.
