Outatanding Customer Service
If I could give more than five stars I would. In the recent past I have purchased 5 bonsai plants from Brussels Bonsai and quality and service has always been, and continues to be, excellent. However in my last order one of two plants arrived with a cracked pot. Upon contacting customer service they said they would send a replacement pot. Not only did they send a pot but a bag of soil for re potting. Outstanding.

Tree is not living. I believe that it was damages during shipping or or repotting. Terrible
This plant wasn’t cheap and it should not be dying. Plant has continued to lose leaves since it arrived tried watering allowing to dry feeding and spraying wit mist of water. You can see new wire where it had been repotted prior to shipping. I think roots were damaged. Expensive plant and should have not Died.I believe that it was damages during shipping or or repotting. Terrible company my tree lost leaves since arrival. As the last leaves fell I took and started cutting it back only to find out that it had dried out all the way to the stock ,despite being watered and misted often. I then removed it from the pot only to find that the wire that was holding it in the pot Was bran new looking. It came ina small square pot not the white one that is shown when ordering. I feel that the plant was damaged during repotting and took several months to dry out and die. This seller refuses to make good on it. Will never order from this seller (Brussels) again. Buyer be aware.j

Don't slam the box lid down on the plant
I know these plants are hard to get blooming AND to keep alive, My plant came with beautiful glossy leaves and all the blooms knocked off or bent and brown sideways, I don't h ave much hope for this baby, Replacememt???? They are my favorites.
