Have a bad knee from prior service. Used to wrap my knee during bowling or intensity workouts. Held well didn't move. Not the best support for bad knee but compressed well.

This is a decent brace for modest needs. I like this brand, especially an older model that had built-in support for more stability. This model discontinued this. There also used to be more cushion around the need. I would use this to help with standing or walking but maybe not when doing leg rehab or workouts.

I had knee surgery in 2018. I was using a doctor issued brace from YEARS ago, but it finally wore out. While my knee has healed & probably doesn't need a brace anymore, I still like to wear one while playing in some adult sports leagues (soccer and pickleball) just to be safe and give it more support. Its really just a weekend warrior thing, but still nice to have it on.I decided to get this one and give it a try. So far its worked great. I like the way the straps wrap around my leg in order to give a better compression fit.All in all, a good value for my "old man" needs.

This product provides the support and stability I need without being extremely cumbersome. Easy to wash and air dry!

tore my acl and this brace worked great keeping my knee stable. Really love the straps...

My review is not based upon extensive use of this brace - solely upon wearing it around the house for a few hours to determine if the size was acceptable. My thigh measurement was 16" (perhaps 16.5"), clearly within the range of "Medium" size, though at the higher end. Based upon wearing in the house and walking around (not exercising) my lower leg started to feel numb. Clearly I need the Large size. Some have suggested buying two sizes and returning the one that doesn't fit. The other observation is that the velcro gives incredibly strong connection. It is actually kind of hard to take off. Before putting it on I had to unwrap the straps and while doing that it almost felt like I was going to rip off the velcro that was "power-connected" to the brace.All that said, if it fit well, I think that this would have been a pretty good brace for exercising, running, and walking.

have what they call “trick knees” meaning they go out of socket easily. when that happens this works well to stabilize my knee. like that the pressure can be adapted to where it’s needed.
