Can Interfere with BTE Hearing Aids. But,
it works as intended.With Behind the Ear Hearing Aids, adding this to the Temple pieces of the eyeglasses, results in the top of your ears being pushed out.If you can't tolerate this, you can adjust your glasses to sit a little higher, so as to clear the hearing aids.Or, if tubing/wire allows, reposition the aids to sit on top of the temple pieces.

Perfectly adjustable and easy to attach to glasses

Better than average but
As anyone who wears glasses full-time can attest, dropping them on the pavement even once results in multiple scratches on the lenses. To mitigate this issue and extend the time between replacement pairs, I use a strap attached to the frame temples even though I may be thought of as a nerd. Woven fabric straps like this one are my preference due to the added comfort and flexibility that is characteristic of woven products. This particular strap has proven to be more durable than average but still requires replacement a once or twice a year when the fabric tension that holds it to the glasses frame relaxes. Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance and durability of this strap, even if it needs replacing once or twice annually. I would much rather replace the strap than buy a new pair of glasses.

Itchy after a few months of use.
These work well. However, they fray after a few months and get really itchy around the neck. I decided to pay more for a silicone type that will last longer and not itch.
