Works Perfectly. Fast Setup & Strong Connection!
I plugged it in and it worked instantly—no extra drivers needed on Windows 10! It connected quickly to my Bluetooth headphones and Xbox controller without any lag. The range is solid, and the nano size is great because it doesn’t stick out. Definitely a reliable and affordable upgrade for any PC

Works Great!
At my job my department moved to a new building and the new server doesn’t have Bluetooth built in so for the past week I’ve had to attend zoom meetings via my phone. Seen a YouTube video on this product and figured I’d give it a shot. The adapter arrived in 2 days and I installed this morning and my headset was connected al within 5 minutes! Fantastic for headphones however it doesn’t see my BT speaker (I don’t use it all that much but would have been nice to have that option. Anyway this is fantastic!

You must install the driver to make it work.
Works great. It’s not a plug n play device. You must install the driver to make it work.

Can't beat the price.
It does the job. I use it for a speaker that's 6 feet away and no issues.

Product is useless, but customer service is worse
TLDR: This product might work for you or it might not. But on the chance that it doesn't, do you really want to have to rely on TP-Link's abysmal customer service to resolve your issue? There are a dozen other adapters out there at this price point - why risk the incompetent TP-Link runaround if you don't absolutely have to?This didn't work for me - only detected devices very occasionally, and even then couldn't pair with anything. Whatever. Lots of people have trouble with USB Bluetooth adapters. Mine may have been defective, but it can also just be fickle tech, I get it. And I don't mind getting my hands a little dirty to try and fix things when all does not go according to the "plug and play" plan. But most companies will do something...anything...to help their customers deal with fickle products. Not TP-Link/CSR Harmony!Say you have a problem with this adapter on the software side of things: well the software is put out by a company called CSR Harmony, who have a bare-bones support website and no way to contact the company directly for tech support. Not a good start. Now say you have a problem with some other aspect of the adapter: you call TP-Link. But when I say "call," I really mean "sit on hold on forever and never, ever get your call answered." So why not try TP-Link's handy online chat support? It's here that I wish TP-Link was a little more like CSR Harmony, ie, it would be better if TP-Link's online customer service did not exist at all. After waiting on hold for half an hour to chat with someone (yes, on hold for an online support chat), I got into a chat with a TP-Link rep. I explained in great detail my problem, then everything I had already tried, at which point TP-Link's support proceeded to ignore my explanation of everything I had already tried and instead ask me verbatim each question in the FAQ (which was required reading before it allowed me into the queue to chat with anyone in the first place). When I repeated that I had already tried everything in the FAQ, and the rep realized that I might have a technical issue that, heaven forbid, was not resolved by the FAQ, he told me to just restart my computer (despite my telling him my earlier attempts to resolve the issue had already required half a dozen unhelpful restarts). I asked how I was going to get back in touch with him specifically after I restarted, since I didn't particularly want to explain the finer technical details all over again to someone new. The rep responded that I would not necessarily be able to reach him again, but I could rejoin the chat queue (at the back of the line) and someone would be able to help me. Or, if I preferred, I could avail myself of TP-Link's handy 24/7 phone support!I guess what I paid for here was not a working Bluetooth adapter, but the knowledge that I should never again buy a TP-Link product or trust Amazon's "Choices." And while Amazon may refund my purchase price, who compensates me for the entire day I wasted trying to fix an unreliable product or get legitimate assistance from TP-Link's customer support?
