Nice Refurbished Laptop
Real deal on a refurbished laptop. As advertised. Works well. 90 day warranty made the sale.

Update: do not buy
The laptop arrived in excellent condition. I cannot tell that it is refurbished. Setup was easy. The number key pad is a little touchy, but otherwise the performance is good. My one complaint is that this laptop was advertised as touch Screen. The one I received is not.I contacted Amazon and they offered to replace it, but I opted to keep it and asked for a partial credit. I notice that it is no longer listed as touch screen compatible.Update: I bought this in January, used it maybe once a week and it no longer works. I took it to get repaired and was told it is 10 years old and parts are no longer available. Total waste. This was not advertised as a ten year old laptop. I was totally ripped off.

This is certainly not a new laptop, but it works decently and surprisingly fast. It's good
Good and competent hands can do an excellent job of such a technique. Thank you for a good and workable laptop. I would like to thank the company's employees separately for the detailed instructions on how to use the laptop. They were professional and understandable. The laptop is worth the money spent.

Battery is bad, no touch screen

Very nice for the price
The Laptop was in excellent shape. The learning curve is a little high. I did not figure out how to use the touch screen but really did not want to. I am used to the touch pad and after trial and error I figured out how to change it from the middle button pain in the neck. I despise that and keep getting kicked off touchpad and back the the stupid button. Do not know how to make it default or stop what the computer is doing.

Dead as a door nail.
Laptop was delivered and looked fantastic! However, the battery will not hold a charge. Plugged it it works fine but after using for 30 mins on battery goes flat ass dead. So now, I have this laptop that won’t hold a battery charge…sux

Battery dies I'm just a couple of hours, but does recharge quickly.
No touch screen. System comes with windows 10. By adding a line in DOS and changing the BIOS someone can install windows 11. Specs aren't too bad for a y year old laptop.

Wife is happy
Bought this as a surprise gift for my wife. She has been using it for her Pampered Chef business and is very happy with the gift.
