I bought this October 2023 and it has gone through two northeast winters and has held up perfectly. It sits on a concrete pad and I used tap cons to anchor it and ratcheting straps at all six posts that keep it fastened to the Earth. It has withstood some 50 to 70 mph gusts held up perfectly. It looks brand new.

If I could give this company 10 stars - I would. Not only was the tent great, it is - the customer service is FANTASTIC.Somehow two poles fell out of the box and I ran over them pulling into the garage. Completely bent them - unusable. I reached out to customer service to PURCHASE replacement poles - they got back to me within hours asking the item # of the damaged equipment - and with me explaining it was completely my fault - nothing to do of theirs - they shipped and replaced the poles for FREE!I don’t believe I have ever experienced such amazing customer service before and now plan on purchasing the sides of tent from them just because of their fantastic customer service and know if I should run into issues in the future I know I will be working with a company that will be responsive and accommodating.

I didn't expect much for the price, and I'm not disappointed. Everything was included. Nothing was damaged. Everything fit. But, the grommets are already pulling out and/or bending. There's not any reason to skimp on the grommets to the extent they have. One of the other ties that hook to the poles ripped when I tried to pull it tighter. The cover itself seems to be of good quality and heavy enough, and the connectors and poles are sufficient to hold it up. The seams look good also. Still, the grommets in particular really need to be heavier gauge metal and reinforced better. There are plenty of them, and they're spaced well. I've never bought a canopy like this, but I've had plenty of cheap tarps, and the grommets in most of those are better. With stronger and better reinforced grommets, this would easily rate 5 stars.Note that the instructions included with the kit warn that the maximum height isn't recommended, though the heights are prominently spelled out on the product page.

Initially I only received one of the two boxes, but the second one came the next day. I assembled the canopy by myself, but I would recommend at least two people. It was very straightforward and the directions were good. It does exactly wlas advertised

Box torn during delivery and torn canvas top. Called seller and they took care of it and had new untorn canvas to me within days. Had bad storm with wind gust up to 40-50 mph. No problems with cover or frame at all. Very happy with it!

When the packages arrived, I was taken aback by the rough condition/appearance of both shipping boxes. It appeared as though the boxes were not new and had been opened and then re-taped back together on more than one occasion. The unit I received had several damaged pieces and some of the identifying stickers were worn and difficult to read which gave me the impression that some of the support leg pieces were not new.Additionally, the website description and the brochure that came with the unit described two totally different products. The website says the unit is used to protect outdoor vehicles/equipment however the brochure states that the unit "is for temporary use" and suggests taking the unit down during a storm which totally defeats the purpose of buying an as advertised carport/garage/shelter to protect a vehicle from outdoor elements. If these 2 points were listed on the website, I never would have purchased.Immediately, I started the Amazon return process. Per the instructions, I printed out the form, put it in the box and took it to a local, remote UPS shipping site. The two boxes were heavy and the freight cost to ship the unit back to E-Deck was rather expensive. When I contacted E-Deck to let them know I was shipping the unit back because the website and brochure descriptions were very different, they responded by stating that they could not include everything in their website description and that they only accepted return items if their unit was proven to be faulty. They then refused to reimburse me for the return shipping costs! So I do not have the unit and I have been stiffed on the return shipping costs. Oh well, at least I don't have to worry about taking down a garage that's protecting a vehicle each time there's a storm! Or maybe I could purchase a better quality unit from another company to put over E-Decks garage to protect theirs from a storm.I am a long term Amazon customer and I've been tremendously satisfied with everything and every company I've dealt with.....except for E-Deck!

Highly recommend. Unit arrived much sooner than expected. Upon inspection two pieces had been damaged - not from lack of packing or inferior product. This was simply a shipping issue. Other than that the canopy was in good shape. Lynn in customer support handled the problem quickly and efficiently. I had the replacement parts in a few days. Lynn even checked in to make sure all had been handled to my expectations.Assembly was very easy and you can tell that this is a much higher quality than most other products. The actual canopy is very thick and heavy duty. I expect several years of good service in the Florida sun.The only complaint I have is that the instructions have a very small detail print.

The shelter set-up easily. The problem I have is that after a set of wind gusts, yes it was anchored, the legs gave out, creased and one side folded over. I have an older version and I think the metal is thicker as it has had no issues in the windy spring season and I'm not talking tornado winds. Was really looking for to this being a nice shelter solution. I'll contact the seller and see if I can get new legs. Just beware they are not super thick.
