FINALLY! I tried several girdles/waist trainers/slimmers/etc and none of them were strong enough to hold in my tummy. Although this product is mainly a back brace, it works perfectly at holding in my gut and slimming my profile. As an added bonus it also does provide good back support. It basically has 2 levels of tightening. The 1st is where the left side of the brace lies against your stomach. Then the right side folds on top of that and sticks to velcro. Then it has the extra straps you see in the pictures, that allow you to really cinch this thing nice and tight. It's comfortable to wear. Just enough firmness to support but enough flex so I can move naturally instead of looking like a robot when i walk. Its also a lot more breathable than the other waist slimmers that intentionally make you sweat. And I wore a very light tshirt over it and its very discreet. Cant tell im wearing it. I couldn't be happier with this thing.

I’ve had this now for a few weeks. As I’ve been suffering lately with lower back pain. This has helped tremendously. I am amazingly surprised at how well it has worked and has continued to work would definitely recommend it if you are having lower back pain or discomfort.

A friend of mine recommended it. She wears it when carrying heavy shopping bags. It helped relieve my back pain a great deal through its back support. Its descriptions: 1) It's anti-skid lumbar support belt, 2) well wear under cloth; 3) breathable back support belt, 4) two slilicon anti skid; 5) durable; 6) relief waist support. All of the above are met w/the Amazon descriptions and it's well made. Note: I wore only 2 days, therefore, it's too early to note an accurate assessment and the description did not include "how to wash it."

Excellent support for low back pain. I have spinal stenosis and it can be quite disabling. I've tried many different back braces and this one is far superior to the others. Easy to adjust and provides excellent support. Great product. This is my second time purchasing this particular brace. The other one has held up well, but I've lost some weight and needed to go down a size.

While it does have metal stays the actual connective elastic composing the support is not very stiff or supportive. I purchased this back support because my previous one was slightly too small and this was one of very few over 50”. If you want light support this will work fine but if you need a lot of support this won’t get it done. I wore support for 2 days-10 hours each and had a lot of back pain at the end of my shift. Mild back pain with my old support.

Great support for your back. They run small. I ordered the size they recommended and I had to send it back fir the next larger size.

For people that must use a Back Brace this product is extremely well made. durable, easy ro use and not a BULKEY ITEM, EASY FITS WITHOUT THE NORMAL BULGE AS OTHER BACK BRACES.
