I consider myelf a sardine connoisseur. I eat them several times a week, I convection bake them in an iron skillet with olive oil and pepper. These sardines are supremely delicious!!! I can easily eat 3 cans in one setting. There are actually whole fishes in the can and not a bunch of scrap broken pieces like another brand I purchased on here with the initials B B. Those were horrible. The beach cliff brand I'm so impressed with and very happy eating my sardines, sardines are so healthy loaded with good fats and lots of vitamins. I truly love sardines they are probably one of my favorite foods ever! Happy sardine eating all!

I bought these sardines because the price was so low and you can hardly find cheaper protein. The sardines are a somewhat unpleasant texture and the mustard sauce ain't great either. I did find that dumping a can onto a plate of plain spaghetti actually made a good, tasty meal -- enhancing the flavor and texture of everything. Ultimately, it's a good value if you use it under the right circumstances.
